Tina and her Team have been at The Black Bull since Dec 2009 and are offering excellent traditional home cooked food, in a warm, friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

The Black Bull Inn is a 17th century traditional coaching Inn located on the A169 Malton to Pickering Road just 1 mile from Pickering and 10 minutes from Malton. We give first class hospitality in a relaxed, friendly country Inn atmosphere. We serve traditional locally sourced food and our delicious puddings are all homemade too.
After going through a major refurbishment in 2010 we now have an attractive seating area at the front and a new layout inside. The Black Bull is now capable of hosting family occasions and buffets tailoring them to each individuals needs.
We have good sized eating area with lots of parking, real fire Pool room, Darts board, TV, outdoor Children's play area (soon to be upgraded) and ample beer garden plus quieter seating out front for a more relaxed drink/meal and covered smoking area
with seating.
We have 5 en-suite rooms one that is adapted for less able bodied people, a family room that can take a family of 4, 2 doubles and 1 single room with 2 single beds.
We open all day every day from 1st April till 31st Oct. Food is served 12 till 9pm. Breakfast served from 8.30am-11.30am to none-residents Sat/Sun soon to be extending to every day.
Winter opening times 1st Nov - 31st March - Mon-Fri 12-3 and 6-11 with Food being served 12-2.30 and 6-9pm.
Winter Saturday open from 12 till 11.30pm - FOOD 12-3 and 6-9. Sunday 12-6pm Food served 12-3pm
